إشعار الشحن، ابتداءً من ١ مارس ٢٠٢٦.

نظرًا للإغلاق المؤقت للمجال الجوي في المنطقة، سيتم شحن جميع الطلبات كالتالي:

.طلبات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي: سيتم الشحن عبر النقل البري

.الطلبات الدولية: سيتم نقل الشحنات برًا إلى المملكة العربية السعودية ثم إعادة إرسالها إلى وجهتها النهائية

بناءً على ذلك، قد تستغرق مدة التوصيل وقتًا أطول من المعتاد، ولن تكون خدمات الشحن السريع متاحة خلال هذه الفترة.

بمجرد عودة حركة الطيران إلى طبيعتها في قطر، سنستأنف جداول الشحن المعتادة وخدمات التوصيل السريع.

الشحن الدولي

نُقدم خدمة الشحن إلى دول محددة تظهر في صفحة الدفع. تختلف رسوم الشحن وأوقات التوصيل حسب الدولة.

شركة الشحن

خدمة الشحن السريع متوفرة عبر أرامكس (Aramex) أو دي إتش إل (DHL) حسب توفر الخدمة في المنطقة. قد تعتمد أرامكس على وكلاء محليين في بعض الدول.

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب

قد يخضع طلبك لرسوم جمركية أو ضرائب مضافة حسب قوانين الدولة المستلمة.

رسوم الشحن حسب المنطقة

  • دول الخليج: 40 ريال قطري – عبر أرامكس أو 60 ريال قطري عبر DHL
  • منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا: 120 ريال قطري
  • الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا: 135 ريال قطري.

Shipping Notice – Effective March 1 2026.

Due to the temporary closure of regional airspace, all shipments from Qatar will be transported by land instead of air until further notice.

GCC Orders: Shipments will be delivered via land transportation.

International Orders: Shipments will first be transported by land to Saudi Arabia, and then dispatched to the final destination.

As a result, order processing and delivery times may be significantly longer than usual, and expedited shipping options will not be available during this period.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries shown at checkout. Delivery fees and times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Carriers

We offer express delivery through Aramex or DHL, depending on availability in your region. Aramex may rely on local agents in some countries.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties or VAT may apply depending on the destination country’s laws.

Shipping Charges by Region

  • GCC: QAR 40 via Aramex or QAR 60 via DHL
  • MENA: QAR 120
  • USA & EU: QAR 135.
