General Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be processed if there is an obvious manufacturing defect or quality issue present at the time of delivery.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

Natural Leather Characteristics

  • Our leather products are made from genuine materials, including baby goat suede, saffiano leather, and exotic finishes.

  • Please note: Leather is a natural material. Over time, signs of use such as creasing, patina, or slight shape changes are expected and are part of the product’s character.

  • Therefore, products showing signs of normal wear and tear or usage over time are not eligible for refunds, as these are not considered defects.

Manufacturing Defects

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • There is obvious structural or material damage (e.g., broken zippers, stitching faults, or incorrect assembly),

  • The issue is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper storage,

  • The complaint is verified by our customer care team within the refund window.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@conceptodoha.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

  2. Our quality team will assess your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products (hand-painted, engraved, or printed with initials) are final sale.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and items bought during promotional periods are non-refundable.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
