Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet entered the production or shipping phase.

  • After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order, especially if it involves:

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Limited edition or seasonal items prepared on a per-order basis

    • Items already shipped

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customized products (including hand-painted initials, personalized engravings, bespoke packaging, or exclusive requests) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Orders placed during promotional periods (e.g., Eid, Ramadan, product launches) are final and may not be cancelled due to high-volume processing.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at info@conceptodoha.com with your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Our team will verify the order status and confirm whether it is eligible for cancellation.

  3. If the cancellation is approved, you will receive confirmation and refund details.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For payments made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, refunds may be issued as store credit or as a bank transfer(where applicable).
