Concepto Return & Exchange Policy

At Concepto, we are committed to offering a refined and smooth shopping experience. Each item is carefully crafted and individually checked to meet our standards of luxury and quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you  within the limits of our clearly defined return policy below.

General Return Conditions

  • Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for return or exchange.

  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, use, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Return requests received after the 14-day window will unfortunately not be honored.

Personalized & Custom Products

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our customized items (e.g. with hand-painted initials, personalized color choices, or engraved details), these cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

  • We strongly encourage customers to confirm all personalization details carefully before placing the order.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns can either be exchanged for another item of equal value or processed as a store credit valid for 6 months from issuance.

  • Refunds to original payment methods are only applicable in cases of product defect and are subject to management review.

  • Concepto reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos and order details. We will prioritize a resolution as quickly as possible.

  • In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Concepto.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at info@conceptodoha.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
