Delivery timelines vary depending on the product and customization option selected.
For orders within Doha, non-customized items placed before 3:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day, excluding Fridays.
Customized products require additional processing time depending on the service selected. Estimated processing times are listed within each product description and are provided in working days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I return the item if I do not like it?
Returns and exchanges may be accepted subject to inspection and approval. Products must be unused, in resellable condition, and returned with original packaging. Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including initials, UV printed items, hand-painted artwork, key sleeves, and made-to-order wallets.
I ordered within Qatar and would like to return my item
Returns and exchanges within Qatar are handled exclusively at our Msheireb store following product inspection and approval. Pickup services for returns are not available.
I paid for shipping and the courier is requesting additional payment. Why?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I customize my product?
Yes. Selected products can be customized directly through our website. Available customization options may include initials, UV printing, and hand-painted artwork. Customization availability varies by product.
Can I create my own phone case from scratch?
Selected customization options are available through our website; however, fully bespoke phone case development, including changing leather types or core construction, is not currently available for standard retail orders.
How much does customization cost?
Customization pricing starts from: Initials – QAR 60, UV Printing – QAR 50, Hand-Painted Artwork with Initials – Starting from QAR 350, Customized Folders – Starting from QAR 450, Customized Notebooks – Starting from QAR 450. Pricing may vary depending on artwork complexity and product type.
How do I find my iPhone model before ordering?
To check your iPhone model: Open Settings → General → About. Your iPhone model name will appear near the top of the screen. We recommend confirming your exact device model before placing your order to ensure compatibility with your selected case.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If no email address is provided, you will receive an order number on the checkout confirmation page. Please keep this order number for your records, as it will help us locate your order and assist you with any future inquiries.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, kindly check your junk or spam folder, as confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered there.
If your order is being sent as a gift and you have provided the recipient’s contact number for delivery, please include a note with the sender’s name during checkout. This helps avoid any confusion and allows the recipient to know who the gift is from.

Is the iPhone case available in another frame color?
Certain products may be available in alternative frame colors upon request. Please place your order using the available option and include your preferred frame color in the order notes. Our team will confirm availability before processing.
Are your products genuine leather?
Yes. Selected collections are crafted using genuine leather and premium materials. Material specifications are listed on each product page where applicable.
Do your products come packaged for gifting?
Our products do not include gift wrapping or a message card as part of the standard packaging.
If you would like your order prepared as a gift, you may add our gift wrapping service during checkout for an additional fee of QAR 15. This service includes premium gift wrapping and a message card.
If you would like us to handwrite a message on your behalf, simply enter your message in the designated field during checkout. Alternatively, if you prefer to write the message yourself, leave the message field blank and we will include a blank card with your order for you to complete personally.

I ordered internationally and would like to return my item.
International customers may return eligible items using their preferred courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in approved condition to Doha for inspection.
